You choose your phone model, tell our AI what you’d like on your case (or upload a photo), then customise your design in the preview. Once you’re happy, place your order and we’ll print your custom case and ship it to your door.
Our AI turns your words (and optional photos) into a unique artwork. You type a prompt – for example, “minimal sunset over Brisbane in pastel colours” – and the AI creates a design that we then print onto your case.
Yes. You can upload photos, selfies or your own artwork and combine them with AI designs. Please only upload images you own or have permission to use.
We currently print cases for a range of iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models. You’ll see the full list in the phone model selector when you start designing your case.
Yes. You’ll see a live preview of your design on a phone case mock-up before you check out. Make sure you’re happy with the artwork and positioning before placing your order.

Once your order is placed, printing usually takes a few business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the option you choose at checkout. For the most up-to-date timeframes, please refer to our Shipping page at checkout.
Yes, we can ship worldwide!
If your case arrives damaged, misprinted or with a quality issue, contact us within 3 days with your order number and photos. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
Yes. In most cases we can reprint previous designs. Keep your order number handy, and we’ll use the saved artwork to create another case (for the same or a different phone model, where possible).
We start processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are only possible within a short time window. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us ASAP with your order number and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Everything you need to know about phone cases
Our cases are designed for everyday protection, with a durable shell that helps guard against scratches, minor drops and knocks. They’re slim enough for daily use while still offering good protection.
At the moment we just have the one tough phone case but we are working toward a larger catalog.
Our cases use a hard polycarbonate outer shell combined with a flexible TPU or silicone-style inner layer for impact resistance.
Yes we use eco friendly 100% biodegradable packaging for the cases we ship!

Faqs regarding privacy and copyright
We only use your uploaded photos to generate and print your design. We don’t sell your images or personal details to third parties. For more information, please check our Privacy Policy.
Please only use images and text you have the rights to use. We may reject designs that include copyrighted logos, characters or content that could infringe on someone else’s intellectual property.
You keep the rights to your custom design for personal use. By using our service, you also give us a non-exclusive licence to print your design on your case and, where you’ve given permission, to feature it in our gallery or marketing. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions.
We don’t resell your exact custom designs to other customers. We may showcase your case in our gallery or socials only if you’ve given us permission. If you’d like us to remove a design that’s been featured, just contact us with your order number.
We store your uploaded images and prompts so we can generate your design, print your case and help with any order issues. After that, we keep them for a limited time for support and reorders, then delete or anonymise them in line with our data retention policy.
We’ll never use your photos or designs in our marketing without your consent. If we’d like to feature your case online, we’ll either ask you directly or give you the option to opt in.
