- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)
- Phone model and design preferences you submit through the AI builder
- Photos you upload to generate your design (used solely for generation; not stored beyond order processing)
- Order history and account activity
We also collect standard website analytics data (page views, device type, approximate location) via cookies. See Section 7 for details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfil your orders
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and receipts
- Respond to customer service enquiries
- Improve the AI builder and site experience
- Send occasional marketing emails if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Sharing Your Information
We share your data only where necessary:
- To manufacture and ship your order with production partner
- Stripe — to process payments securely
- Shipping carriers — name and address for delivery
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Order records are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes. Account data is kept as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

We use SSL encryption across the entire site. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We do not store payment card details on our servers.
